Publication

Publication in Springer Chapter Book
IC_TORS’26 has partnered with Springer to publish High-quality selected papers in the Springer Chapter Book. Papers will go through a pre-selection phase subject to evaluation during the peer review process and conference presentation and then undergo the review process. The final decision will be taken jointly by the Guest Editors and the Editor-in-Chief, based on peer reviews. Accepted papers will be published in the Lecture Notes in Operations Research (Springer), (series to be confirmed).

Publication in Special Issues
Authors of other distinguished papers may be invited to submit an extended version of their work for consideration in the following Special Journal Issues.

Registration Instructions

IC_TORS’26 is currently planned as a Face-to-Face Conference (in person event). However, to accommodate our diverse international audience, we are pleased to offer an online participation option for attendees from continents where visa approval can be challenging or those from countries with limited direct flights to Tunisia.
For Tunisian participants, the conference will be held exclusively in person, with presentations required to be delivered face-to-face.

Registration Fees
Registration fees include participation and accommodation in a ***** Hotel (2-nights stay “December 20- 22, 2026”, All Inclusive Soft), admission to scientific sessions, publication in the conference proceedings, all conference materials, coffee breaks, certificate of attendance, welcome package.
The fees cover participation in the conference. If papers are accepted for publication by Springer or other journal, authors are not required to make additional payments.

  2. The organization committee will be pleased to send an invitation letter to registered participants under request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help attendees obtain travel funds or a visa. For any help regarding the registration, please contact us by email: torsasso@gmail.com
  3. Additional fees should be paid for the accompanying persons (adults and children) and if the participant chooses to stay in a single room (see the registration form)
  4. Additional fees should be paid for the extra nights.

For ALL Authors presenting more than one paper, the registration fee for the second paper is limited to 100 Euros.
For Author who cannot travel (difficulties in visa approval or absence of direct flights), there will be an option for ONLINE participation.

  • 300 Euros instead of 500 Euros for Late Registration.
Registration fee for online participants covers E-Certificate of attendance, speech, or presentation (for all authors), as well as publishing the paper in the conference proceeding.
